We’re Sarah & Sean and our vegan journey began in 2017 after watching countless documentaries on Netflix (as most do). We have compassion for all living beings and the planet we live on. We want to share our knowledge and food to inspire others to live a healthy benevolent life.
Food is a very important part of our lives. We use it to share with others and to build connections. It's also used to heal our bodies and prevent illness.
Our memories live in food and becoming vegan shouldn't prevent us from eating the foods we know and love. All foods can be recreated to be plant-based and still as delicious as the real thing!
