Chick'n Flavored Soy Curls
You'll find yourself saying "It taste like chicken" after trying this recipe. It's all about the flavors and combining the right ones to get that savory chick'n flavor.

The time has finally come! I'm posting my first recipe :D
And as promised in my prior post The Secret Behind "Natural" Foods And What To Look Out For. Here's the recipe to make chicken flavored TSP, Soy Curls or TVP. #hellagood #hellaphat
For this recipe I used Butler's Soy Curls. These Soy Curls don't use hexane to separate the oils from the protein. Instead they soak the soybeans in natural spring water. This recipe can be used for any type of dried soy product including TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) or TSP (Textured Soy Protein).
INGREDIENTS
[A]
2 cups Water
1 Cube of Chicken Flavored Bouillon
[B]
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
OTHER
1 cup Soy Curls, TSP or TVP
2 cloves Garlic Minced
1 tsp of Grapeseed Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Measure out 1 cup of Soy Curls, TSP or TVP and place in a large mixing bowl and set aside
In a medium pot combine [A] and bring to a boil
Whisk the bouillon block in the boiling water until dissolved
Pour [A] into the large mixing bowl with Soy Curls, TSP or TVP in it

In a small mixing bowl mix together [B]
Now add the small bowl of [B] into the large mixing bowl

Mix all ingredients together, cover and place in the fridge to soak for at least 15 min

Transfer contents into a medium sized pot and partially cover and simmer for 10 min

Transfer contents into a pan and bring to a boil

Cook on medium until all the liquids have burned off

Add grapeseed oil to the pan and fry until golden brown
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite dish
I added the Soy Curl Chicken on top of some brown rice spaghetti and broccoli with some shredded Gouda flavored Daiya cheese block
